B: I am cleaning the floor.

أَنَا أُنَظِّفُ الأَرْضِيَّةَ

Anā unaẓẓifu al-arḍiyyata.

A: You are cleaning it with water without soap?

أَتُنَظِّفُها بِماءٍ بِلا صابونٍ؟

Atunaẓẓifuhā bimā'in bilā ṣābūnin?

B: Yes, it's water without soap.

نَعَمْ، هَذا ماءٌ بِلا صابونٍ

Naʿam, hādhā mā'un bilā ṣābūnin.

A: Why?

لِماذا؟

Limādhā?

B: I don't have soap.

لَيْسَ عِنْدِي صابونٌ

Laysa ʿindī ṣābūnun.

A: Why didn't you tell me?

لِماذا لَمْ تُخْبِرْنِي؟

Limādhā lam tukhbirnī?

B: I forgot to tell you.

نَسِيتُ أَنْ أُخْبِرَكَ
