        No, he has never fallen ill before.

        So how did he fall ill?

 

B:   fee (a)shahr(i)  (a)l maadi akhada hammaman baaridan ba'da an la'iba mubaaraatan fee kurati (a)l qadam(i) , wa bidalika marid(a)
